In the time since I bought this coveted domain name from James Power, I was delayed in my development of the website because I hired the wrong website designer. His name is Forest Mars and he lied to me, totally screwed me, robbed my $3,500 and set me back in my schedule by over a year. I have since sued him in Small Claims Court and I’m anxiously waiting for the judges decision on the case which was tried on March 25, 2010.
UPDATE: Forest Mars has been defeated in Small Claims Court and ordered by the judge to pay $4,188.60 to claimant Bobby Weiss, owner of this website!
In the background though, the work goes on and in the future I hope to release a first class website that will be useful for the entire East Village community and anyone else who is interested in living, working, shopping or playing here.
